This report provides an evaluation of the Environmental Employability Programme (EEP), or Community Janitors as the programme is more commonly known, is an employability programme lead and developed as a partnership initiative by Glasgow Housing Association (GHA) and Glasgow’s Local Regeneration Agency (LRA) Network.
