GoWell 4th Annual Event - 22 April 2010
The GoWell Fourth Annual was held on Thursday 22 April 2010. Three new reports were launched at the event: Progress for People and Places:
Monitoring change in Glasgow's communities and Executive Summary; GoWell Synthesis of Research Findings 2006-2009; and the GoWell Progress Report 2009/10. The event brought together over 70 delegates from a mixed group of practitioners and policy-makers who considered and discussed the findings and their implications.
A report summarising the main discussion points from the day, copy of the event programme, opening presentation by Prof Carol Tannahill and the main presentation by Prof Ade Kearns summarising the survey findings to date are available to download.
GoWell 3rd Annual Event - 28 May 2009
The GoWell Third Annual Event took place on Thursday 28 May at the Teacher Building, Glasgow and was attended by 103 delegates. Following the opening address by Alex Neil, Minister for Housing and Communities, new findings from the Wave 2 Community Health and Wellbeing survey of almost 4,700 residents conducted during summer 2008 were presented for the first time. The second half of the morning consisted of six different workshops each of which explored different aspects of regeneration/GoWell findings. The presentation slides from these workshops are available to download below:

Accommodating asylum seekers and refugees: implications for communties - Presentation slides were not used at this workshop. However, a briefing paper entitled 'GoWell Findings: Asylum Seekers and Refugees in Glasgow's Regneration Areas, 2006-07 is available here.

GoWell 2nd Annual Event
The second GoWell annual event was held on Wednesday 2 April 2008 in St Andrew's in the Square. The event was attended by 109 delegates from a range of backgrounds including housing, health and regeneration practitioners, policy makers and representatives from a range of community based organisations.
Each delegate received a copy of the GoWell Progress report 2007/08 and presentations were heard from Carol Tannahill, Ade Kearns, Louise Lawson and Phil Mason. The Progress report 2007/08, copies of each of the presentations and a summary report of the event are available to download below.

Glasgow's Healthier Future Forum 6 (November 2007)
The sixth meeting of Glasgow's Healthier Future Forum was held on Wednesday 28th November 2007 in the Trades Hall, Glasgow. It provided an opportunity to explore new findings from GoWell and to consider their implications for regeneration and health.
The Forum was attended by 98 participants who heard from presenters including Prof Ade Kearns of the University of Glasgow and Taroub Zahran, Chief Executive of Glasgow Housing Association, as well as engaging in discussion at round tables.
